Lodging a new claim?
To lodge a new claim, please ensure you have the following:
  • All supporting documentation which may include receipts, invoices, authorisation letters, flights, accommodation and tour details
  • Your Australian bank account details (please note, only customers with an Australian bank account and address can lodge a claim online)
